Project Description

I work as an AI Solutions Architect on several strategic projects developed for El Corte Inglés, contributing to the design and integration of AI solutions, with deterministic and non-deterministic models, and intelligent automation systems. My role focused on defining scalable and secure architectures, aligned with IBM’s corporate standards and the client’s technological needs, ensuring interoperability between hybrid cloud environments and existing enterprise systems.

Based on Azure, solutions aimed at optimizing internal processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening decision-making in key areas such as customer service and technical support. This experience reinforced my position as a technical reference in the practical application of cognitive technologies and the enterprise integration of large-scale AI-based solutions.

What I've done

• Defined the architectural solution for several pieces, including:

  • Internal and external applications catalog.

  • MCP servers.

  • Conversational agents, integrating chat solutions in real time with Jira, Confluence, Sonaqube and BMC Helix.

  • SDLC agents, which helps IT stakeholders during the whole software lifecycle.

• Collaborated with infrastructure team in order to design and deploy services on the platform.

• Collaborated with cybersecurity team in order to publish services in a secure way, following the corporate's architecture.

• Participated on recurrent follow-up sessions with customer and report progress, status and technical advice.
